HOW IS THE EXAM PERFORMED?

After filling out the registration form at the reception desk, the patient will undergo a brief clinical interview to check their data. Then, the patient will be referred to the injection room. A vein, preferably in the forearm, will be punctured for the administration of a small amount of radioactive material. The patient will be instructed to return to the clinic at least 3 hours after the administration of the material.

Upon returning, the patient will be sent to the examination room, where he will be positioned on the gurney of the device, and should remain motionless for about 20 to 30 minutes.

At the end of the exam, the patient will be discharged without any restrictions.
